Mixed Fruit & Seed Cocktail (serves 2)

Ingredients 

2 tsp Flaxseeds

2 tsp Sunflower seeds

1 small banana

1 kiwi fruit

1 nectarine

6 strawberries or any berries you have

2 tbs natural live yoghurt

4-5 fl oz rice milk or soya milk (already chilled)

 

 Method

1. Grind the seeds and peel/ prepare the fruit

2. Place the seeds & fruit in a blender with the yoghurt & milk

3. Drink immediately for a sustaining and nutritious drink (Full of Omega's) 

4. If you haven't got anyone to share the drink with you can freeze it in a suitable container and save for another time!
