Walnut & Goats Cheese Salad (serves 2) Ingredients 1 bag mixed salad leaves 1/2 cup walnut halvesĀ 100g Goats cheese cubed 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp walnut oil freshly ground black pepper sprigs of greek basil Method 1. Wash and dry the salad leaves if necessary 2. Place in a bowl with the walnuts and goats cheese 3. Drizzle over the vinegar and oil, toss with black pepper 4. Serve immediately with 1 oatcake per person |
