About Kim

After many years of low energy levels, mood swings and my asthma being dependent on inhalers, I saw a nutritionist who confirmed my worst fears that I had a dairy allergy (No more cheese!!) and an intolerance to wheat. After only 4 weeks avoiding wheat and dairy my energy levels improved, I no longer had the mood swings and I could at last throw my becatide and ventolin inhalers away.

My husband discovered he had a wheat allergy after visiting many chiropractitioners with a bad back and finally being told he had nothing wrong with his back he had stress from grinding his teeth (because of the allergy) which resulted in back pain. So like many practitioners today I decided to do a course in Nutritional Advice to learn just how the body works and to understand its’ needs. Having completed that I continued to train and I am now qualified as a Nutritional Therapist (Dip NT) and a member of BANT.

I have also studied and qualified in Reflexology and now give treatments to support the knowledge I have of the human body and its nutritional needs, alongside an holistic approach of reflexology which is a method for activating the healing powers of the body.

As a practitioner my treatment is based on the principles of trust, sensitivity, awareness and knowledge to help people on an individual level.
